How do I receive my digital images?

ALL digital images are sent to you in a password protected gallery link. Images are sent within 72 hours of placing your order. If you do not receive your email link, please check your spam folder. If you still do see the link, please click the "CONTACT US" tab to let us know and we will resend your gallery link. You may also click the link below to request your link.

How long will it take to receive my pictures once I purchase?

All photos purchased online with the "FREE SHIPPING TO SCHOOL" option selected, will be delivered to the school approximately 1-2 weeks after the due date. If you choose the "SHIP TO HOME" option, you will be charged a small shipping fee and your photos will be delivered to you approximately 5-7 days after your order is placed. Orders will be sent to you via USPS.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Once your order has been submitted it is immediately processed and cannot be changed. All sales are final.

How long will I have to purchase my photos?

Online photo galleries will be available for approximately 3 months after the galleries are posted. If you need you to access your gallery and have lost your password, please click the "CONTACT US" tab at top of the screen, or click the link below:
